I just wanted to jump back in to thank Chris Melvin and the team at Paul Counts State Farm office. I had already PCS'd from the area but I had a pending insurance issue catch up with me, and Chris was absolutely fantastic, even though I was no longer a direct client of that location.

I WISH the location and office I am with now had HALF as much hustle and attention to their clientelle as Chris and this office does.
